were probably not published by Berkley Medaillon - or I missing
the Covers...
What we see above on the left is the original
UK Pan book edition of 'Marianne and the rebels' and on the left
the US Berkley Medallion edition from 1975. The difference? The
cover is darker and it says 'FIRST TIME IN PAPERBACK' ! Which is
actually not accurate since it came out first in the UK! What
is correct, it was the first American paperback edition...! Now
I only have to discover who illustrated back in the UK this
lovely 'Marianne' for Pan books...

Italian Hardcovers for Marianne

looks like 'Garzanti.it' did not ask Fulvio Bianconi
to illustrate
'Marianne e i pericoli dell Oriente' . Or I was not able to find it... Book 5 & 6 were
definitely not translated
in Italy ! What a pity for the Readers... the story was not
finished...
